Instructions:

Mix into dog’s food once per day.

For intermittent or supplemental use only.

1 tsp = 2400 mg

Recommended dose:

<10 lbs: ⅛ tsp

10-20 lbs: ¼ tsp

21-30 lbs: ⅜ tsp

31-40 lbs: ½ tsp

41-50 lbs: ⅝ tsp

51-60 lbs: ¾ tsp

61-70 lbs: ⅞ tsp

71-80 lbs: 1 tsp

>80 lbs: 1 ⅛ tsp

Store in a cool dry place away from humidity, heat, and direct light. 

This superfood blend uses hot-water extracted organic chaga mushroom with Canadian blueberries. Do not use in pregnant or lactating animals, or in animals with bleeding disorders or diabetes unless directed by a veterinarian.
